Refund Policy – READY FOR TAKE OFF Book

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@readyfortakeoffbook.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that for downloadable goods, as they cannot be returned, the client is not eligible for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

European Union 30 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy – Mock-Up Interview Service

 

At AVIAPREP SOLUTIONS, we aim to offer a fair and flexible approach to cancellations and refunds for our Mock-Up Interview Service:

 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session for free at any time, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Cancellations

• • If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method, processed within a few business days.
  • If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled session, we will retain 15% of the service price to cover administrative and planning costs.
    

 

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of technical issues or emergencies, we may, at our discretion, offer a reschedule or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Book + Mock-Up Interview Bundle – Additional Policy

When you purchase a bundle that includes the Ready for Take Off book and the Mock-Up Interview Service at a special price, the following conditions apply:

 

• If you cancel the Mock-Up Interview Service after purchasing the bundle, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of the book (€68.99).

 

• The Ready for Take Off book, once delivered, is refundable on the terms described in the first section of this policy.
