Take Control of Your Pilot Interview.
Our Airline Pilot Mock Interview is a complete and personalized coaching session, designed to mirror a real airline pilot HR interview.
Prepare for your airline assessment with real conditions, useful feedback, and trusted aviation experts.
Why is it important to do a mock interview before your next Pilot Assessment ?
The personal interview during a pilot assessment is the most crucial part of the process. It’s a 1-hour discussion that can change your life.
It can compensate for a not-so-great performance during the simulator or psychometric tests, but it can also destroy your chances of getting hired despite a great parcours during the assessment.
As with all the other steps, it’s something you can prepare for, by preparing the questions that they can ask, using the Ready For Take-Off book, for example. But what we offer here goes way beyond that. We offer a mock-up interview with an airline pilot who has experience in HR, who will ask you the questions the interviewer will ask and, most importantly, will give you feedback and guidance on your answers : what was good, what could be improved, and how to improve it.
It’s a considerable advantage in preparation compared to other candidates. It allows you to become aware of the mistakes you could have made on the day of the interview. Our experts will guide you on what skills or traits to emphasize depending on your parcours and experience, and how to explain the weak points of your CV.
CV Correction: as Important as the Interview.
Make sure your CV is as strong as your answers. Add our CV Review service and one of our experts will review it, annotate it, revealing all the errors: spelling, grammar mistakes, formatting issues, and many other tips to make your CV airline-ready.

WHY MOST PILOTS STRUGGLE IN INTERVIEWS
Too young, too green
You’re a cadet or newly licensed pilot, and it shows. You feel judged for your lack of experience and it affects how you speak.
Too much time since last assessment
You’re returning after years in the flight deck, and haven’t sat in front of a recruiter in over a decade. Interview styles have changed. Expectations have evolved.
Not enough time to prepare
You’re flying, working, or studying, and you simply haven’t had time to rehearse out loud. You’re not ready to think clearly under pressure.
Still guessing what recruiters want
Even after reading guides or books, you’re unsure if your answers are good enough, or completely off target.

Practice Is the Missing Piece And That’s Where We Come In
Most pilots do the hard work reading books, learning airline values, memorising HR questions BUT when the interview day comes, they realise something was missing all along: real practice.
A live interview situation can’t be simulated by reading a list of questions. It has to be lived. Our mock interview session is the final, crucial step of your assessment preparation.

Not Just Another Mock Interview
Yes, mock interviews exist elsewhere. But here’s the problem: most are conducted by former pilots or consultants who haven’t sat in a real assessment room in decades. They recycle outdated questions, misunderstand what today’s recruiters are looking for, and often miss the real point modern airline interviews are dynamic, psychological, and evolving.
We built our methods to reflect today’s standards not yesterday’s memories.
